How to get support

Find information about our standard free and Premium plugins here in the knowledge base. If you do not find answers to your question, please message us one of two ways depending on which version you use.

Standard free plugin users can visit the forum “support” tab to post a new thread, after confirming your question was not already answered in a past thread. Please do not post questions about Premium to the forum as it is not permitted by moderators. 

Premium support is provided to users who have paid to upgrade to Premium. Premium members receive priority one-on-one email help from our WordPress experts in the United States. Start a new email using the contact form above in the header. Premium email support is always available from your WordPress dashboard plugin page by clicking “contact us” for “technical support.”

Blesta plugin users should email support from the top menu of the Knowledge Base.

I’m on a free trial. Which support is right for me?

Thank you for test driving our Premium plugin. During your trial period we want you to get the plugin working so that you love it. So please, use any of the methods for support. During your trial period you will find a link to “contact us” from your WordPress dashboard plugins page, and the Premium option for “technical support” available. This is the route for one-on-one email support with our experts.
