Does the plugin work with dynamic or multiple featured images?

Featured Images In RSS outputs one image. When using a plugin or theme that sets multiple featured images, set the first image as the image you'd like used in RSS. Alternatively, the Premium plugin provides the option to use the first image from the post body.
