If you have a question or get stuck, reach out for tech support. Click "Email Support" from the main menu here in the Knowledge Base to start a support ticket.

Full Service Installation:

When you purchase the plugin you will receive instructions in a downloadable PDF and a plugin .zip file. You will not need to download the .zip because we are doing your installation. Download the PDF for information on what to provide to 5 Star Plugins in order to start your installation.

I. Upload Server File - Upload or FTP the plugin zip file to your server.

II. Blesta Plugin Installation - Login to Blesta to install the plugin.

III. Help Scout Configuration - Login to Help Scout to complete setup

Test It

Visit the Help Scout mailbox, click on a conversation from a customer, and Blesta customer data will display in the right sidebar.
