​Do I have the right Help Scout plan?

Although no coding is required, configuration of the this plugin uses the "Build A Custom App" feature on Help Scout. As of writing this, the feature is available on standard plans or higher and covers all current plans offered for new customers to Help Scout. If you are using a grandfathered in plan that does not provide the feature, you may need to contact Help Scout.
