The images in the emails received via outlook on windows platform do not arrive centralized and do not respect the pixel value of the size customization.

Q: Can I set the featured image above the article title?

A: Our plugin prepends the image to the Description of the post, so it's after the post title and meta data. To customize it further would require use of the Premium version to use Enclosure or Media:Encoded tags, and then your template can pull in the image by itself, separate from the post text. Please use the free trial of the Premium version to see if it meets your needs, and reach out if you need help in using the image by itself in templates.

For Mailchimp, we do have specific Mailchimp help:

You can separate the image and the content, using Mailchimp's RSSITEM:IMAGE or RSSITEM:ENCLOSURE merge tags to place the image in different places than just before the body text. If you end up with two images when using the IMAGE or ENCLOSURE tags, then try RSSITEM:CONTENT instead, or use the Premium option to use only Media tag images in the plugin settings.

Q: The images in emails received via outlook on windows platform do not arrive centralized and do not respect the pixel value of the size customization. How can I fix this?

A: Often email service providers (ESP) like Mailchimp are not keeping the CSS we include. View your raw feed, and ensure the size is being set, but in your ESP it may be stripping that out, and needs custom CSS, try this as an example:

<style>

.mc-rss-item-img {

width: 600px;

max-width: 100%; }

</style>

Outlook in particular requires certain CSS to work well, please reference these CSS specifications:
